🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software tools is a plus.
