📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate project timelines and resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the renovation process.
• Collaborate with the design and construction teams to address client concerns and ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to the CEO and key stakeholders.
• Leverage CRM systems like Salesforce to track client interactions and project progress.
• Conduct regular client feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and enhance the client experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial renovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client relations, project management, or a similar role in the commercial renovation industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-end client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
