📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with doctors and staff.,Maintain the clinic's office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked and organized.,Manage the clinic's front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering calls, and directing visitors.,Assist in the preparation and organization of clinical materials and equipment.,Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment processing.,Assist in the organization of clinic events, such as patient education seminars and staff meetings.,Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including the clinic's reception area and waiting room.,Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative documents as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or clerical role.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and procedures is a plus.
