📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that helps users understand and effectively use our products.,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in creating training materials and user guides.,Provide support to customers and internal teams by answering technical questions and resolving issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise writing style.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with Markdown, HTML, or other technical writing formats.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
