📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily sales orders and ensure accurate inventory levels using SAP and Excel.
• Optimize stock allocation and distribution to meet customer demand efficiently.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Build and manage loads for delivery trucks, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Provide regular reports on inventory levels, sales orders, and delivery schedules to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for inventory management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and delivery scheduling software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle is a requirement.
