Bahagia Budi Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and a proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient care, and staff management.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring high standards of patient care.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the smooth supply of medical equipment and materials.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
