Hotel Dian Sate is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, ensuring a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our hotel's retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information,Process transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized retail space,Restock merchandise as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth operations,Adhere to company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software,Proactive and customer-focused attitude,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg),Willingness to work remote hours as needed
