📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Develop and present sales proposals to meet customer needs and requirements.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
