📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage M&E and HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.,Oversee the installation and commissioning of M&E and HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.,Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E and HVAC project management, particularly in the semiconductor industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.,Strong technical skills in M&E and HVAC systems, including knowledge of relevant codes and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
