Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and mentor a team of retail associates,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience,Manage inventory levels and order replenishment,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of retail software and systems,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
