📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers and engineers to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content for user manuals, guides, and other documentation,Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and updates,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures, white papers, and other promotional materials,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials for end-users

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in technical content
