Tech Root Group is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they understand and can apply the material.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with the organization's goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them reach their full potential.,Assist in the development and implementation of the organization's training and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
