PT Abadi Lestari is seeking a Deputy IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitoring and maintaining IT systems to ensure their uptime and security.,Assisting in the implementation of new IT solutions and upgrades.,Documenting IT processes and creating user manuals.,Collaborating with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.,Assisting in the training and development of junior IT staff.,Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Assisting in the management of IT assets and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.,Good understanding of network protocols and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
