📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.,Participate in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and operational issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
