📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the design and development of training programs and materials.
• Support the Training Officer in conducting training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
• Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.
• Provide administrative support to the Training Officer.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of training records and reports.
• Support the Training Officer in managing training budgets and resources.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and participants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of training and development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with training management software and tools.
• Ability to travel for training sessions and workshops.
