📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to the team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of customer service.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.,Participate in company events and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
