📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe vehicle usage.,Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with regulations.,Oversee the procurement and disposal of vehicles, as well as the management of related insurance and documentation.,Implement and monitor fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance to senior management.,Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of fleet services with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
