📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.,Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
