Express Base Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a Junior Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed using warehouse management systems.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and order replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
