📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage a team of store assistants and provide guidance and training.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
