Salon Wati Kebab is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are always in top condition and ready to serve our customers. This is a crucial position that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of fleet management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are always in top condition and ready for use.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, coordinating with service providers as needed.
  • Monitor fuel usage and ensure vehicles are refueled according to schedule.
  • Track vehicle mileage and usage, and ensure all vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are following all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation and records related to the fleet.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet status, maintenance, and usage to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
