📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Cafe Umar Health Center and its services.,Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, ensuring our marketing efforts are targeted and effective.,Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and health services.,Represent Cafe Umar Health Center at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.,Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
