As a barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks,Maintain and operate coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed,Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere,Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe workspace,Participate in team meetings and training sessions,Assist in the daily operations of the coffeehouse

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and customer service skills,Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs,High school diploma or equivalent,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
