📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses to understand job requirements and design effective job descriptions.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment channels.,Provide feedback to candidates to enhance their job search experience.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
