Asia Construction is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a remote setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reviewing applications.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
