Hotel Gita Tea is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our hotel's systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for hotel systems and processes.,Collaborate with technical teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.,Create user manuals, guides, and other technical materials for internal and external use.,Conduct documentation reviews and provide feedback to improve quality and clarity.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources for employees.,Support the implementation of new systems and processes by creating relevant documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices.,Proficiency in English for writing and editing.,Experience with documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with hotel industry systems and processes is a plus.
