📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Manage store finances, including budgeting and reporting.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.

  • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
