📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including restrooms and dining areas.
• Support the head chef and kitchen staff by preparing ingredients and assisting with food preparation.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Assist in training new staff and ensuring they understand and follow operational procedures.
• Work closely with the management team to implement and improve operational processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as QuickBooks or similar systems.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Proficiency in both English and Indonesian languages.
