Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and processing transactions.
• Stock and organize products to ensure a well-presented store.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Promote products and services to customers, upselling where appropriate.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with store maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements.
