• Develop and implement operational frameworks, processes, and tools for AI and emerging product partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional value to our partners.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with our policies and best practices.
• Work closely with our AI and emerging product teams to understand their needs and align our partnership strategies accordingly.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
• Participate in the development and implementation of our AI and emerging product strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in partnership operations, business development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies, including their applications and potential impact on businesses.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing operational frameworks, processes, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with partnership management tools and software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
